BurnIt Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Baris Savas ("we", "us"). By using BurnIt you accept them. Contact: barissavass707@gmail.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use BurnIt.
Not medical advice
BurnIt is a general wellness tool. It does not provide medical or nutritional advice. Calorie figures are AI estimates and workout targets are approximations, and either can be wrong. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition or a history of disordered eating. Stop exercising if you feel unwell.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time under Profile → Delete Account.
Subscriptions
Some features need a paid subscription, at the prices shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, including by interfering with it, bypassing its limits or subscription, reverse engineering it, or uploading unlawful content. Scan limits may apply.
Your content
You keep the rights to the photos and data you submit. You allow us and our providers to process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.

Kullanım şartı
BurnIt'i kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısınız.
Tıbbi tavsiye değildir
BurnIt genel bir sağlıklı yaşam aracıdır; tıbbi veya beslenme tavsiyesi vermez. Kalori değerleri yapay zekâ tahminidir, antrenman hedefleri yaklaşıktır ve ikisi de yanlış olabilir. Beslenmenizi veya egzersizinizi değiştirmeden önce, özellikle bir sağlık sorununuz veya yeme bozukluğu geçmişiniz varsa, bir uzmana danışın. Kendinizi iyi hissetmezseniz egzersizi bırakın.
Hesabınız
Hesabınızdaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Profil → Hesabı Sil bölümünden silebilirsiniz.
Abonelikler
Bazı özellikler, satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilen fiyatlarla ücretli abonelik gerektirir. Ödeme Apple hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır. Aboneliklerinizi Apple hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeleri Apple yönetir. Hesabınızı silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti kötüye kullanmayın: hizmete müdahale etmek, sınırlarını veya aboneliği aşmaya çalışmak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya yasa dışı içerik yüklemek yasaktır. Tarama sınırları uygulanabilir.
İçeriğiniz
Gönderdiğiniz fotoğraf ve verilerin hakları sizde kalır. Bunların, Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklandığı şekilde hizmeti sunmak için bizim ve sağlayıcılarımız tarafından işlenmesine izin verirsiniz.
Hizmetin sürekliliği ve sorumluluk
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, tüketici mevzuatından doğan emredici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Apple
Bu koşullar Apple ile değil, sizinle bizim aramızdadır. Uygulamayı kullanımınıza Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de uygulanır.
Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşulları güncelleyebilir ve yeni sürümü burada yayınlarız. Bu koşullar, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici korumaları saklı kalmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
